We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, but colors and details may vary slightly due to display settings or individual product variations. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Process

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance; it simply confirms that we received your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or in cases of pricing or typographical errors.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to taxes and service charges. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We accept payments via Credit Card Payment Methods. Promotional or discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays outside our control. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, customers may be responsible for additional customs charges. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available).

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Unopened products can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase at Evolve Plastic Surgery. Gift certificates are non-refundable. 7. Warranty & Liability

We aim to ensure product quality but cannot guarantee items will meet individual expectations. Please review product descriptions and measurements carefully before purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages that may result from product use, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.
